Kamen Ground is operated by Saints Club LLC, a company organized in the State of New York, United States. Kamen Ground ("we", "us", "our") operates the Kamen Ground mobile application and turtleledger.com website. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our platform.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Information We Collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. Organization administrators also provide their nonprofit's name and contact details.
Payment information
If you connect a payment account or make a donation, our payment processor Stripe collects financial information such as bank account details, tax identification numbers, and identity verification documents. This information is collected and stored by Stripe, not on our servers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.
Usage information
We collect standard server logs (IP address, device type, browser type for web users, and pages visited) to maintain and improve our service.
How We Use Your Information
We process personal information to provide our services, fulfill legal obligations, and pursue legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention and platform integrity.

Third-Party Services
We share information with the following service providers, only as necessary to operate the platform:
Stripe
Processes payments and manages connected payment accounts for nonprofit organizations. When you connect a Stripe account or make a donation, Stripe collects and processes your financial and identity information subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We do not store your bank account details or identity documents on our servers.
Resend
Delivers transactional emails on our behalf (account confirmations, organization updates).
Apple
If you use the iOS app, Apple may collect usage and diagnostics data subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
Fly.io
Hosts our application and database infrastructure in the United States.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide our services or comply with applicable law.
International Users
If you are located outside the United States, your information will be processed and stored in the United States. By using Kamen Ground, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States.
Your Rights
You may permanently delete your account directly within the app under Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal information from active systems. However, certain records may be retained as required by applicable law.
You may also request a copy of your data or ask questions about our data practices by contacting us.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure password hashing, and access controls. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
Kamen Ground is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the application. Continued use of Kamen Ground after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
